Scraper Reclaimers
Purpose: Automated recovery of raw materials from stockpiles.
Chain Type: Round link, Pin Bush or forged scraper chains.

Bi-directional scraper chain runs.

Deep Pan Conveyors (Hot Sinter Handling)
Bucket Elevators (Flux Feeding, Recycle Fines)
Purpose: Transfers hot sinter (up to 700°C) from cooler to screening station.
Chain Type: Central forged steel chain heat-treated (≥ 40CrMnMo).
Design Attributes:
Pan widths: 500–2000 mm (Higher customizable sizes available).
Temperature resistance: 600–800°C.
Pans made from heat-resistant alloy steel, replaceable liners.
Purpose: Lifting raw mix or flux material into hoppers or mixers.
Chain Type: Central chain or heavy-duty round link chain (DIN-based).
Capacity Range: 150–1000 TPH (Higher customizable sizes available).
Lift Height: Up to 60 m. (Higher customizable sizes available)
Raw Material Yard / Handling System
Skip Hoist Feed Systems (elevator alternative)
Can be replaced in some cases with enclosed Bucket Elevators for compact plants.

Drag Chain Conveyors (Coke/ore mix transfer)
Purpose: Transfers burden mix to blast furnace or charge bins.
Chain Type: Drop-forged steel chain.
Design:

Pan Conveyors (Lime, DRI, Return Fines Feed)

Slag Handling Conveyor (Hot Slag)
Purpose: Transfers molten slag to the granulation or dump pit.
