The AI-powered system interfaces with all existing safety switches and interlocks on the machinery, bringing this critical information into one dashboard. It monitors the status of door and access hatch sensors, so if a maintenance door is opened or a guard is removed, the event is logged, and alarms can be raised to prevent an unsafe start.


Emergency stop cables and pull-key switches along conveyors are also tied in – the system immediately registers when an E-stop is hit, and flags exactly which section triggered it. By integrating these safety signals, operators get instant, remote visibility of any safety shutdown condition rather than finding out only on-site. The platform can also perform periodic health-checks of interlock circuits (where supported), ensuring that the emergency stops and safety gates are functioning and not, for example, overridden or failed.
