Rotary Wagon Tippler System (with Apron Feeder)

- Chain Type: Forged link or round link chains; pitch > 250 mm.
- Features:
- Designed for impact loading and high throughput (600–1200 TPH).
- Replaceable wear liners on pans.

Primary Crushing & Transfer House
Crusher House Pan Conveyor
- Purpose: Transfers crushed coal to bunkers or storage silos.
- Equipment: Deep Pan Conveyor with heat and abrasion-resistant chains.
- Chain Type: Central chain with drop-forged links.
- Features:
- Steel apron pans for hot and sharp-edged coal.
- High torque sprockets with hardened rim segments.
- Capacity range: 500–1500 TPH.
Bucket Elevators (Coal Bunker Charging)
- Purpose: Elevate coal to bunkers or day hoppers from intermediate storage.
- Equipment: Central Chain Bucket Elevator or Round Link Chain Elevator.
- Chain Type: Central forged chain or round link per DIN 764/DIN 22252.
- Features:
- Vertical lifts up to 60 m.
- Dust-tight casing with inspection doors.
- Buckets made of wear-resistant plate (Hardox or similar).
Pulverizer & Mill Feeding
Drag Chain Conveyor
- Purpose: Transfers coal from bunker to mill feed chute.
- Chain Type: Drop-forged or cast link drag chain.
- Design Features:
- Sealed design to prevent dust escape.
- Hardened flights and guide rails.
- Equipped with anti-jamming interlocks.
Ash Handling & ESP
- Submerged Scraper Conveyors
Chains with welded flights for bottom-ash removal; operates in abrasive, high-temp environments (up to 1 200 °C). - Flow Conveyors / Flow Bars
For ESP ash conveying—low-speed, dense-phase transport.
Submerged Scraper Chain Conveyor (SSCC)
- Purpose: Handles bottom ash from boiler hoppers submerged in water.
- Chain Type: Case Hardened steel twin-strand chain with steel scrapers.
- Chain Pitch: Typically, chain dia. And capacity depending on ash volume.
- Design Features:
- Carbon steel scraper bars for corrosion resistance.
- Reinforced chain guides for thermal shock resistance.
- High reliability in 24×7 duty cycle operations.
Fly Ash Bucket Elevators
- Purpose: Transfers dry or conditioned fly ash to storage silos.
- Chain Type: Enclosed round link or central chain.
- Special Features:
- Dust suppression liners.
- Heat-treated buckets.
- Seal rings to avoid air/dust leakage.
Flow Conveyor for ESP Dust
- Purpose: Conveys fly ash from ESP hoppers to ash handling system.
- Equipment: Low-speed enclosed Flow Conveyor.
- Chain Type: Drop-forged steel scraper chain.
- Capacity: 10–100 TPH (dry fly ash).
- Design Aspects:
- Horizontal layout with minimum elevation.
- Explosion-vent doors and dust-tight construction.
Ash Silo Discharge & Loading

- Purpose: Metered discharge from ash silos to truck loading systems.
